Who we are

Blessed Crafts ("we," "us") runs blessed-crafts.com. This policy explains what information we collect, why, who we share it with, and the choices you have.

Information we collect

When you sign up for emails: your email address.

When you place an order: your name, shipping address, email address, phone number (if you provide one), and the items you ordered. Card details are entered directly into Stripe, our payment processor — they never reach our servers, and we never see or store your full card number.

When you contact us: your email address and anything you include in your message.

Automatically: like any website, our hosting provider receives technical information when you visit, such as your IP address, browser and device type, and the pages you view. We use this to keep the site running and secure — for example, to stop automated abuse of our sign-up form. We also use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits; it does not use cookies or track you across other websites.

How we use your information

• To process, produce, and ship your order, and send you order updates
• To send your welcome email and discount code
• To send news about new drops, if you've signed up — every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link
• To answer your questions and support requests
• To prevent fraud and abuse
• To meet legal, tax, and accounting obligations

We don't sell your information

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for targeted advertising.

Who we share it with

Only the service providers that help us run the shop, and only the information each one needs:

• Stripe — processes payments
• Resend — sends our emails and manages our mailing list
• Cloudflare — hosts our website and provides visitor statistics
• Our print and fulfillment partners — print and ship your order, and receive your name, shipping address, and order details to do so
• Shipping carriers — deliver your order
• Instagram — our homepage displays posts from our Instagram account; those images load from Instagram's servers, which receive the standard technical information your browser sends when loading them

Legal disclosures

We may also disclose information when required by law, or to protect our rights and prevent fraud.

Cookies and browser storage

We don't use advertising or tracking cookies. Our site stores a small amount of information in your own browser so it works as expected, such as the contents of your bag and whether you've dismissed our sign-up offer. During checkout, Stripe may set its own cookies to help prevent fraud. You can clear these at any time in your browser settings.

Do Not Track: because we don't track visitors across other websites, our site works the same way whether or not your browser sends a Do Not Track signal.

How long we keep it

• Mailing list: until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it. We keep a record of the discount code issued to your email address so each address receives only one.
• Order records: as long as tax and accounting rules require.
• Technical information: for a short period, for security and troubleshooting.

Your choices

Unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the link in any email.

To request a copy of, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, email support@blessed-crafts.com. We'll respond within 30 days. We may need to keep certain order records where the law requires it.

Children

Our website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.

Security

Our website is served over an encrypted connection (HTTPS), payments are handled by Stripe, and our administrative tools are password-protected. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your information.
