Returns & refunds

The short version

If something arrives faulty, misprinted, or isn't what you ordered, we'll replace or refund it — tell us within 14 days and send a photo. You won't pay to return it.

Because each piece is printed for you specifically, we can't take back items that simply didn't suit. Please check the size guide before ordering; we'd much rather help you pick than process a return.

How to start one

Email hello@blessed-crafts.com with your order number and, if the item is faulty, a photo. We'll reply with what happens next.

Refunds go back to the card you paid with, and usually appear within 5–10 business days once we've issued them — that last part is your bank's timing, not ours.

Cancelling

If production hasn't started, we can cancel and refund in full. Get in touch as soon as you can — the window is short, because we start making things quickly.
